Since the beginning of the master plan, it has moved from a paper exercise which analyzed the golf course in an objective fashion to today, in 2017, which has seen many of the recommendations put into practice. As of the 2017 season, the master plan is approximately 1/4 complete. Most recently the completion of plans on the 4th and 8th holes have been met with almost unanimous approval and appreciation.
Community and Sport are an essential outlet in the human experience.
Since 1897, Riverside has brought together like-minded individuals with the common goal of providing a venue for comradery and enjoyment of sport in the Saint John region. The Riverside Country Club has a long history of hosting championships and being home to champions. They say great courses create great players and this is certainly true at Riverside. Here we have a list of championships and trophies that have been played for and passed down at the club for decades.
The Riverside Country Club, originally known as the Saint John Golf Club, had its beginnings at Cranston Ave in a neighborhood known as Millidgeville in the city of Saint John, New Brunswick.
